Your Airtable-style bases and Cuppy, Teable's AI agent, in your pocket for iPhone, iPad and Android
Teable is a spreadsheet-database hybrid in the Airtable family: a table of tasks, clients, or content ideas stops being a flat list and becomes views, relations, and automations. The core is open source (AGPL-3.0), self-hostable with Docker or usable on the hosted cloud. Teable Mobile, launched late October 2026 for iPhone, iPad, and Android, is the newest piece, and not a shrunken viewer.
Your bases and records are live in your pocket, but the app is really built around Cuppy, Teable's AI agent. Start a chat at your desk, finish it on your phone. Type or hold to talk, attach a photo, PDF, or spreadsheet, and have Cuppy update records, approve items, or write the weekly report. You can even describe an app or page, preview it, publish it, and share the link, all from the phone. Notifications arrive when a task finishes or Cuppy needs an answer, routines keep running in the background, and everything works the same on Teable's cloud or your own deployment.
Free to download, free cloud plan, but not everything-is-free: the free tier caps at 1,000 rows, 100 automation runs a month, 200 one-time AI credits, and 1 GB of attachments. Pro ($13 per seat/month billed yearly) and Business ($20) raise the limits, with a paid self-hosted option, and heavy Cuppy use burns plan credits. The open-source story has an asterisk too: AGPL-3.0 core, MIT packages, but some enterprise features stay commercial. Version 1.0.4, about 60 MB, iOS 16.4 or later. Verdict: an instant install if your team already lives in Teable; newcomers should start with the free cloud plan on desktop.
Tables, records, views, and relations are live data, not an export: review the pipeline in the hallway, check stock in the warehouse
Ask what needs attention, update records, approve items, have the weekly report written and filed
Start a Cuppy chat at your desk and finish it on your phone, no syncing ceremony
Type or hold to talk; attach a photo, PDF, or spreadsheet when the question needs one
The app is free to download and the cloud free plan costs nothing, with the caps described above (rows, automation runs, AI credits, attachments). Pro ($13) and Business ($20) per seat/month billed yearly raise the limits, and there is a paid self-hosted option.
Yes. The app works against a Teable workspace, either on Teable cloud (free to create) or on your own self-hosted deployment.
Yes, and that is one of its best tricks: the same app and Cuppy features work whether your data lives on Teable cloud or on your own server.
